Our degradable clips are made from food-grade plastic so that they have no impact on the health of juices. They degrade by fragmentation under the effect of UV light (which is why they are called photodegradable), extreme temperatures and wire tension. Ergonomic and lightweight, they don’t get tangled up in your pocket and are hand-safe. After several decades in use, the effectiveness and reliability of this range is widely recognised in all French vineyards and abroad. The right choice for a degradable clip is one with sufficient strength at the time of installation (trellising) and a very low residual strength so that it can be easily broken before pruning.
Unigraf® is recommended for wide, low-stress vines, but can also be used for low vines and for those who prefer a width of 20 mm.
